1. Film yourself talking to the camera either through a mirror or flipped around to face you.
- Talk about how you are feeling in the moment (i.e. nervous, excited, terrified etc)
- Tell us your story and WHY you want to do Boudoir

- Film your shoes getting out of the car and walking towards the studio.
- Film the area around the studio
- Film a little clips of your nails that you just got done

- Film you calling us from the call box
- Film you entering the lobby / elevator
- Keep filming when you come out of the elevator and into the studio!
- Film in the studio, in the closet, during your shoot!

When you get home, film you talking about how you feel now that your experience is over.
Talk about how you felt during the shoot and what you feel afterwards.
Be honest, be deep, and bring your story into it if you'd like!
Don't be afraid to cry or show your emotions on camera! So many women relate to your story and what you've been through, and to see you vulnerable will show them it's okay for them to be too!

For your journal entry, you can use google docs, microsoft word, really any program to write out your FULL story, with ALL the details.
Remember, this experience is meant to get down, deep, and really tell your story.
This is your voice to really get it all out there!

DO NOT HOLD BACK!
Talk about your story, why it's led you to your Boudoir Experience, your thoughts and feelings before your shoot, and after your shoot!
Talk about how you felt during the Image Reveal, any fears you had leading up to the shoot, how you felt choosing your Products, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!

TIP: Remember that even if you don't think it's a good clip, even the smallest thing you could be doing, document it! I promise every little clip is useable!
Extra credit if you start documenting BEFORE the night before your shoot!

2. Set up your camera or hold it to show you packing your outfit choices in your bag
- This can be just a non-talking video or you can talk us through why you chose the outfits to bring as options

3. If at any time before the shoot (at home, getting in the car, parked at the studio etc) you get real emotions, film it and talk us through what you are feeling!

REMEMBER, THE MORE DETAIL YOU CAN GIVE, THE BETTER! THE MORE YOU FILM, THE BETTER! Also remember that these are just ideas - try to make them your own and do them differently if you want, these are just meant to be prompts if you are stuck!

You can use your phone OR if you have a vlogging camera, just make sure you film everything in vertical format!
